Leadership Opportunities
Our club board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 6 Board of Directors. We meet once a month to plan events and conduct club business.
We have 4 committees for members to lead and contribute through:
- Service Leadership Programs (Raleigh Charter High School Key Club)
- Service (3rd grade dictionaries, Conn Elementary School, Terrific Kids, Drag Bingo, all other service projects)
- Membership Development (Education, Social, Growth, and Professional)
- Finance and Fundraising (RBC Center concessions, etc)
Carolinas District of Kiwanis consists of all Kiwanis Clubs in North and South Carolina which is led by District Governor Elizabeth Tezza.
Division 12 encompasses the clubs in Wake County and is led by Lieutenant Governor David Jerose of the Wake Forest Kiwanis Club.
Region 4 (Divisions 12, 13, and 15) and is led by Richard Poehls of the Kiwanis Club of Chapel Hill Carrboro.
There are many leadership positions available from Lieutenant Governor, Division Secretary, to District committee chairs up to District Governor.
